SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. (November 12, 2020) — SkySong, The ASU Scottsdale Innovation Center will be the new home for the Valley office of engineering services firm T.Y. Lin International.
The highly regarded international firm has agreed to a long-term lease on a 10,099-square-foot space in SkySong 1, with occupancy beginning on July 1, 2021. They are relocating to SkySong from their existing offices on Tempe Town Lake.
T.Y. Lin International is a global, multi-disciplinary engineering services firm recognized for solving some of the most significant infrastructure challenges in the world. They began looking at SkySong before the COVID-19 pandemic began, and join Limelight and Berkedia as companies that have relocated to SkySong from Tempe.
T.Y. Lin International has 33 employees in the Valley of the Sun, and has been involved in such noteworthy projects as the Pima 101 Freeway Widening I-17 to Princess, the Tempe Town Lake Pedestrian Bridge, and the Hoover Dam Bypass/Mike O’Callaghan-Pat Tillman Memorial Bridge.
